I'm a mom, wife, and marketing executive turned fierce wellness advocate. My journey to better health started in the early years of motherhood, where I wanted to naturally heal recurring digestive issues and postpartum depression without the use of "standard" medications.
My practice is dedicated to empowering women to grow more connected to their bodies—from the food eaten to nourish to the words we feed ourselves.
